Username is your last name and the password is your UA Member Number. There should be NO SPACES OR SPECIAL CHARACTERS in your last name. If your last name is Van Duren then the user is vanduren. If the last name is Jones-Smith it's jonessmith. If the last name is O'Malley it's omalley. There should be no Zeros at the start of your password.
